My old Ryobi trimmer needed a new spool and bump knob (and I couldn't find them locally), so I bought both of them here. Both of them work fine with my old trimmer, and couldn't beat the price for having them shipped to my door.

This cartridge, like the trimmer line (review separately) is an exact replacement for some Ryobi trimmers (check models).

The spool is plastic and after 6 years of use, it was ready to be replaced. I was dreading the possibility of buying a new trimmer until I saw this on Amazon. The spool was ordered and arrived in 3 days.
